Gratitude is more than a feeling—it is the foundation of greatness. Each of these distinguished individuals, in their own way, contributes to the vision Assetrise is building—a Nigeria where agriculture and real estate serve as pillars of economic stability, job creation, and wealth generation.

The Power of Gratitude and Purpose

Gratitude is the attitude of greatness.”Prof. Rotimi Olatunji

The event began with a profound message from Prof. Rotimi Olatunji, Chairman of the Board of Directors. He emphasized that true greatness is not just about achievements but about having the right mindset—one rooted in gratitude. He lauded the visionary leadership of Mr. Rotimi Ojamamoye, GMD of Assetrise Ltd, for redefining investment in Nigeria, merging real estate with agriculture to create lasting impact.

For decades, Nigeria’s economy revolved around oil. But as Ezekiel Solesi noted, “The real gold today is not oil—it is agriculture and real estate.” He highlighted how these two sectors have overtaken oil and gas in driving economic growth.

This message was further reinforced by Segun Aderibigbe, Board Member of Assetrise Ltd, who explained how the agro-real estate model provides faster and larger returns while ensuring security through land ownership. Unlike traditional land investments that remain dormant, Assetrise integrates agriculture, turning land into a profitable, income-generating asset.

The Vision of Sustainability and Collective Responsibility

“What will your generation remember you for?” – Rotimi Ojamamoye, GMD, Assetrise

In his keynote address, the GMD of Assetrise, Rotimi Ojamamoye, delivered a compelling message on legacy, sustainability, and responsibility. He challenged attendees to think beyond personal wealth accumulation, urging them to consider investments that create jobs, drive food security, and sustain future generations.

“Sustainability is not about stacking money in foreign accounts. It is about building systems that outlive us. The future we desire is not imagined—it must be created.”

He illustrated this with Palmrich Estate, an agro-real estate project that started with just 93 acres in Okitipupa and has now expanded to over 4,000 hectares through strategic partnerships.

Furthermore, he emphasized that food security is not just a government agenda—it is a collective responsibility. Projects like Eko Yams, which has yielded millions of yam tubers over the years, are a testament to how agro-real estate can serve as the backbone of food security.

“No matter how much you make, if you do not support food security, you are not safe. We must all take responsibility for Nigeria’s sustainability.”

This resonated with the Chairman of Ogun state, House of Assembly, who recalled how Nigeria’s founding fathers, like Chief Obafemi Awolowo, built farm settlements that sustained generations. He expressed admiration for Assetrise Ltd’s efforts to revive and scale such models through agro-real estate and also hinted on ready collaboration for expansion to 5,000 acres in Abeokuta.

Trust, Integrity, and Partnerships

Trust is the foundation of business, and Assetrise has built a reputation for delivering results.

According to Tony Aspire, Chairman of REDAN, “Assetrise is a company of integrity. They have taken people’s money and transformed it into wealth, creating tangible returns for investors.”

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has also recognized this integrity. Dr. Bankole, speaking on behalf of the institution, reaffirmed their partnership with Assetrise Ltd, noting that they have allocated 100 hectares of land to support the mission of tackling food insecurity.

Similarly, Dr. Felicia Agubata of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) announced already implemented plans of collaboration with Assetrise Ltd on demonstration farms across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones. This partnership will equip engineers with skills and resources to drive innovation in agriculture and real estate.

As part of the thanksgiving event, Assetrise Limited further recognized outstanding contributors and stakeholders, presenting awards in various categories including Top-Selling Subsidiary Business Units, Best Performing Staff Members, Highest Franchise Business partners, Special Recognition Awards, and lots more.  Additionally, two winners received special checks, reinforcing Assetrise’s commitment to rewarding dedication and excellence.

As the night drew to a close, one message was clear—sustainability is not an individual pursuit, but a collective effort.
